Mark your calendars! Friday, February 4th, Pink Goes Red for Heart Health. Heart Health is a SERIOUS Matter.
In addition to donning our finest red threads, the women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Chi Beta Omega Chapter invite you to join us for our virtual fitness event. We will start the evening with 30-minutes of a fun aerobic Zumba workout and then cool down with a 30-minute yoga session.
This session will be led by instructors from PIES Fitness Yoga Studio located in Alexandria, Virginia.
