About this event

Join us for an evening of movement, fun, and community as we celebrate mental well-being in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month. This event will feature:
High-energy Zumba class
Focus on mental wellness
Local health professionals and entrepreneurs sharing valuable, community-centered health insights.

Complimentary water and refreshments will be provided for all participants.

This event is open to the public. Space is limited. Registration is required.

Help a Student Stay Hydrated: Bring new 2-3, reusable water bottle donations to the event for Pine Spring Elementary School students!

Donations to the Heart of the Ivy (HOTI) Foundation (https://cbo.clubexpress.com/content.aspx?page_id=22&club_id=897685&module_id=468070) are also welcome to help provide school supplies for the students.
